The fourteen day right to cancel

UK and EU consumers have fourteen days to cancel a digital purchase. Because access to paid material is immediate, that right is normally waived at checkout in exchange for immediate access, and the checkout will say so plainly rather than burying it.

What is offered anyway

A full refund within fourteen days of a first purchase, asked for by email, no reason needed. This is more than the law requires once access has been taken, and it is offered because a course you cannot try is a course you should not have to gamble on. Days 1 to 30 are free precisely so that you can judge the writing before paying for any of it.

Subscriptions

Cancel at any time and access runs to the end of the period already paid for. Part months are not refunded.

Lifetime

The same fourteen day window. After that it is what it says it is.

How to ask

Email support@learnspanishonlinehub.com from the address on the account, with the date of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
