What is stored today

Nothing on a server. Your lesson progress and your review schedule are held in your own browser's local storage and never leave your device. Clearing your browser deletes them and there is no copy anywhere else.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build a profile of you. If Google Analytics is added later it will sit behind a consent banner for visitors in the UK and the EEA, and this page will be updated before it is switched on.

When accounts exist

Accounts are not live. When they are, this section will name what is collected, the lawful basis for each item, the retention period and the processors involved, and it will be updated before signup opens rather than after.

Marketing email

None is sent at present. If a newsletter is introduced, consent will be a separate unticked box, never bundled with accepting the terms, and every message will carry an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Requests go to privacy@learnspanishonlinehub.com.
